Croissante

ago where I came a couple times a week to get my coffee and pastry. The unmistakable blue color door 🚪 Walked past the village and decided to check it out. Ordered the pistachio pastry and a simple croissant 🥐 , both are really really good. I think I’d like their pastry better than Manresa now. Both are good places to get coffee and pastry. 🥮

Nothing extraordinary about this place. It’s just a name that doesn’t live up to it. Location is so tucked in that you will end up driving and driving. A tiny shack in the corner near a bank. Not impressed with what they have and they are over priced . I’d rather just get pastries and croissants at Costco.

Great selection! All pastry so good! I was looking for salted bread and other amazing stuff!

I would give them 20 stars if I could. Hands down the best croissant I’ve ever had—yes, even better than the ones in Paris. Flaky, buttery, and absolutely perfect. Worth going out of your way for.

Underwhelming. Maybe it’s a me thing but I don’t love blond pastry. So it wasn’t off to a good start when I saw the pale color on their beautiful line up. But I’ll overlook that for a great croissant. I brought home 3 pastries, hoping to love them. Croissant had good butter flavor but the overall impression was one dimensional. Pain au chocolat was fine, nothing exceptional. We saved the almond croissant for last hoping for a miracle. But there were no miracles, just bitter for paying so much for disappointment with a side of attitude. Way better viennoiserie at Preligen in Willow Glen, and friendlier service.
