Customer Reviews
We've visited three times now, and the food has been great each time. The menu offers a great mix of Filipino and American fare. The menu changes weekly, but you can count on seafood and landlubber staples. Filipino favs like pancit, lumpia, and pork adobo along with the various fish dishes provide plenty of authenticity, while the pan seared chicken sandwich and fresh, crunchy fries provide tasty domestic options. My favorite is the dessert, turon (eggroll filled with plantains and sweet yam) with side of ice cream or halo halo - both great options. The dining room feels like you could be eating in Cebu or Manila, and the bathroom is as clean as any restaurant we've visited in Huntsville. This is a family-run restaurant, and the service has been kind and attentive with each of our visits.
Small mom and pop and son place. Good food, but a little pricey. The Halo Halo, with ube ice cream was GREAT
Stopped in a whim while driving from Huntsville to Atlanta. Great decision! Butter Garlic Shrimp, Lumpia and rice combo was fantastic. Highly recommend. I cannot recall the last time I gave a 5 star Review to any business. It's really that good. Very clean and comfortable. The owner Cristina came out and greeted me. Very nice as was the young man who waited on me.
Stopped by here on my drive to Georgia, I drive by all the time but never noticed it. It has an amazing vibe, with great music! You walk in and it just smells like homecooking .Sitting on the counter is a jar filled with pineapple candy from Hawaii, I highly recommend you grab a few. The customer service is also to teir. We got the lumpia, which was absolutely delicious! Crunchy and savory. The Salmon was cooked perfectly! We also got fried ribs. They were crispy and heavenly! The gravy that come with them is delicious but I'd recommend dipping them in the lumpia sauce. The only crime here is cheese on salad, because who does that? But also I am picky. My first 5 star meal in Alabama! They change their menu eveyweek and limit it by day. I think this is a fantastic idea for a smaller fami
Cristina’s rocks. Every dish I’ve had is great, and the owners are so passionate about their food and customer service. My favorite dish is the baked salmon w/lemon garlic butter. It’s the best salmon I’ve ever had, even as take-out. It’s worth the drive from wherever you are coming from. If you live in Hampton Cove, this should be your first choice for quality food!
