Cristaldo's Pizza

I saw this place recommended on Reddit. I'm from Jersey and the crust reminded me of home. Crispy! The moment you walk into the store, it smells incredible. The pizza was delicious!

Over the last 3 months, we've ordered the garlic bites, fried ravioli, mozzarella sticks, penne in vodka sauce (multiple times), linguine in alfredo sauce, eggplant parm, chicken parm and the dessert calzones! Everything was delicious, hot and ready on time! Definitely recommend this restaurant if you're looking for great Italian food!

So I actually had an incident at this place, as I think a year or two ago. I was basically carrying out food for DoorDash and trying to use my foot to open the door because I was holding the delivery, but someone there was upset because they thought I was going to break the glass. I think that is a good point. I’m pretty sure I didn’t push on it that hard if I remember correctly, but I understand they wouldn’t want me to do that if the business has its own rules. It was the first time I was ever told by a business not to do that out of the many years I had been doing deliveries. And I’m not even saying this to hate on anyone who works here. I just want to let people know in case they come in, because I don’t want anyone else to try the same thing and get in trouble with the staff, too.

Had a craving for Italian. Did a search near me and found this little gem. Had the Eggplant Rolltini (sp), baked zitti and the dessert calzone (chocolate AND pineapple) for take out. All items were great. The pair working were so nice. The prices were really good. It was sooooo much good. The dessert calzone is a MUST!

Placed order online with a pickup time of 5:40… then received a text with updated delivery time of 6:00 - 6:15… showed up at 6:15 and wasn’t even in the oven yet… told another 15 minutes… at 6:30, still not ready, told another 8 minutes… finally ready at 6:45… almost two hours after order was placed… great pizza, but with only two employees, they can’t handle the business…
