Crisp and Green

My best meal in Des Moines! Visiting from out of town and glad I found this place close to my hotel. I'll be back! Caesar wrap was outstanding, best I've ever had!

The salad was fresh and the staff was amazing. I am not a heathy food person but did enjoy the salad and loved that menu items were clearly labeled gluten free or vegan. I do think my choice of salad wasn’t the best because I went based off of cravings instead of things I actually like lol. I’ll try this again! I really wanted to try their coffee it looked really good. Atmosphere is like Apple Store meets salad spot in the best way. Very clean! I didn’t really like the smoothie - but again I think this was more of a me problem!

I went to Crisp and Green recently and wow, their smoothies are so good. Super fresh, well-blended, and not overly sweet like some places. I tried a few different ones, and honestly, they were all amazing. It’s the kind of smoothie that makes you feel good after you drink it. Shoutout to Moo Deng, too. They were super chill and friendly—really made the whole experience more enjoyable. It's not every day you get service that makes you feel like you're genuinely welcome, so I appreciated that. And the Zen Bowl Salad? I don’t normally rave about salads, but this one was really something. Fresh, flavorful, and just the right amount of crunch. Perfect if you’re looking for something healthy but still tasty. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a solid smoothie or a tasty salad!

I’m a huge Sweet Greens fan and this was the closest place I could find with similar food options. I enjoyed the seasonal squash goals salad
