Creno's Pizza

JR & Jill are amazing. They always make sure the customers are taken care of. If something isn't correct, they fix it. The food is always great, they have the best delivery crew and their inside crew is always polite and strive to get orders out timely and correct! We love New Lex Crenos and the Forester family!

They are always nice, plus the pizzas are great and taste like no other. They do a great job there. Keep up the good work.

The food was so good! The pizza was some of the best pizza I ever had! We got the Hawaiian pizza and Italian sub this time. Some improvements could be to improve the actual pizza shop here in New Lexington Ohio. The pizza shop is starting to look pretty dated. The room that they do have is not being utilized either. It’s a bit awkward walking in.

This place is a joke. This is the last order for me. Ive had problems in the past but this put me over the edge. The kid took a half hour after the first call to deliver my pizza. He got lost...some how he got lost in New Lex?? Had to call three times to find my place in town. Then it looks like my pizza was thrown or dropped and the salad wasn't half full. I paid $45 for this garbage I called and complained and nothing from a manager. I hope the owner sees these. I love crenos as a whole but this location is awful!!......we'll yet gain the ncompet folks at crenos new lexington has struck again.
