Cream and Sugar

Attention to detail is super important for a small business. Cream and Sugar leaves no doubt that they didnt miss anything. From the branding, to the store layout. They are on point. More importantly, the food and the items thet they offer are really good and provide a healthy option. Something you dont get from many places these days. The nice young ladies who were working the lunch hour were really nice. Provided a lot of feedback to any menu questions. They provided outstanding service. I will definitely go back again. Park around back to avoid any traffic in front with the post office. Great addition to Randolph.

Update to earlier review. Since Sep 24th, I have gone in twice more and tables were cleaned and attentive person attending customers. Food was appreciated. Changing stars up to 5! Thinking 1st visit was a one off, not usual say. I went in, September 24th, for a business meeting over coffee at noon, but arrived ahead of time by 10 minutes. Every table was empty, so I went to sit, but every table was dirty. I went and got a napkin and wiped off 1 table of crumbs and sat. The young lady who seemed to not notice my entrance was using her phone, typing in, perhaps texting, not sure and remained oblivious to me trying to clean a table. For the 10 minutes I waited all the other tables remained dirty and young lady remained on her phone. I took a photo showing the cup of melted ice cream

Randomly stopped here and so glad I did because it’s delicious. Little expensive but everything is now. Got a plain iced oat latte and tasted delicious. The toasts were so good, and so were all the pastries. The baristas were very kind and welcoming. Absolutely coming back

Was excited to check out this new coffee place on Sussex Tpk. It was very crowded on this Sunday morning. There is plenty of parking and it’s easy to find. We were going to get breakfast but there were no tables so we opted for a blueberry muffin which was $6 but very tasty. We also got an iced caramel latte and a hot vanilla latte. Both were good. I think it’s a good place that will do well. I wish the made their own syrups and I think the prices are a little high. The girls working were very friendly and hard working:-)

I asked for a strawberry matcha with almond milk .. i even asked the cashier if they had strawbetry matcha before ordering and she said yes. I got this ... the worse tasting matcha ever 0/10. To answer the owners comment .. i never asked for strawberry puree. I asked for a strawberry matcha. If you guys only have that in certain seasons the cashier should have said that. It tasted nothing like strawberry regardless & she did not greet with a smile. All she said was "yes" when i asked if they sold strawberry matcha & then gave me the total. Theres other reviews that say the same about the cashier. Regardless the matcha was not good. & i was not going to complain about it in the store as i was in a rush. Maybe you should consider who you have working in the front as customer service really a
