Crave Cookies - Mount Prospect

Lovely and welcoming atmosphere,you can really feel the care for guests. The staff surprised my son with a small gift, which made me incredibly happy. It’s the little things that make a place special. Definitely coming back!

We were pleasantly surprised! However, on the website it says some locations have Semi-sweet chocolate chip cookies on Thursdays…if this location had those I’d be here every day. The milk chocolate was just okay, not the best because milk chocolate doesn’t balance out the cookie. That’s why crumbl chocolate chip is bad. Semi-sweet chips are always the better choice! Please bring them to Mt. Prospect! (Not sure why they wouldn’t just be on the menu in the first place and every day, not just Thursdays?) Thank you!

Crave Cookies is amazing and definitely better than the Orlando Park location. The cookies are always fresh, warm, and perfectly soft in the middle with just the right crisp edges. The flavors are rich and satisfying, and you can tell a lot of care goes into making them. Sal is a great employee and truly makes the experience even better. He’s so accommodating, friendly, and goes out of his way to make sure customers are happy. His customer service really stands out and makes this location worth coming back to. Overall, great cookies, great service, and a much better experience than the Orlando Park location. Highly recommend!

I love this place and I decided to go in the second time around today since it’s been awhile I haven’t been there. I got to try dirty sodas this time around and a cookie as well for later. The dirty soda was pretty good actually really surprised and got the waffle crisp cookie for dessert later tonight.

I go in about once every other week or so (pretty much whenever they have a Reese's style cookie, haha!) And it's always amazing. The cookies are phenomenal. They are a perfect balance of flavors, they're cookies are an awesome treat to top off any week. The folks at the front counter are incredibly pleasant too. Each time I go, it's quick, it's amazing, and I'm eager to go back. If not for my waistline, y'all would have all my money! Haha!
