Crave Cookies - Fishers, IN

We had a great experience tonight! We were greeted right away when we came in, and the team was very friendly and answered all of our questions. We also had the chance to talk with the owners and were very impressed with their operation. These were the best cookies we’ve ever had! We’ve tried cookies from other shops, but these are by far the best. I really enjoyed the Pumpkin Coffee Cake cookie, and my wife loved the French Silk Pie and Twix cookies. We’ll definitely be back!

Beware ordering delivery! Imagine this... Friday night. You don't get this stuff very often. You decide to splurge. You pull up the website and order for delivery. Everything is confirmed and paid. Delivery time comes and goes so you call only to be told, "we don't deliver " about 4 times (even though you paid a delivery fee and service charge). The only positive is that they refunded the order very quickly. I thank the owners for their reply. I am glad to hear that we were not mistaken and ordering from the website directly did result in a delivery option (regardless from whom). I'll agree that our review was more for the lack of service than bad merchandise, but companies used have their own delivery drivers, some still do, and that is their choice to have no control. This is my new go to weekly self care spot. Have enjoyed all the cookies I’ve had so far. Much better than that other cookie place that I absolutely hate! Will have to try a soda the next trip! Love you guys…keep it up!

Cookies are very flavorful and I'm excited to try many more flavors. I haven't tried a crafted soda yet, but there appears to be countless combination options. I like that the lava cake cookie has some bitterness and the peanut butter cup is very good. Service was welcoming and friendly.

Absolutely great! The regular chocolate chip cookie takes you back to when you were a kid. Gretchen customer service was phenomenal and her smile is radiant.
