I ordered this mini dessert tray for Christmas Eve and it was absolutely perfect. Every single dessert was baked to perfection and tasted amazing!! Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. It was the ideal tray to bring to a large party; everyone was able to grab at least two desserts, and I still had leftovers, which never happens! This bakery truly stands out as the best in the area. Every time I call or stop into Cramer’s Bakery, the staff is incredibly pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of what they make. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again for any occasion.

One of the cutest bakeries I've been to in a long time, the service was wonderful and the atmosphere was top tier. And onto the baked goods, my goodness - they all looked so incredible. This bakery could easily bankrupt me. But as far as what we got, everything was scrumptious! Truly delicious, and coming from a gourmand like me, that's pretty high praise.

originally, i had emailed them using their website & got no response. so i had gone into the store on January 28th for a cake i needed on February 15th. i asked for a half birthday cake, even emailed them a picture of what i wanted. i talked to the lady and she knew my daughters name was navy and specifically asked if i wanted “navy is” on the cake & “1/2 way to one” on the bottom to which i agreed. she also suggested no pearls bc of choking hazard which i also agreed. the lady was VERY nice & discussed with me all my wants. she saw the photo i had emailed over for inspo, & still i ended up with this cake. her name wasn’t on it. it was blue flowers. the piping was straight on one part and the rest was squiggly. very sloppy. not sure what happened. my mom had picked up the cake or else i wo

Gender Reveal Ruined— Followed By The Worst Customer Service I’ve Ever Experienced I have never written a negative review in my life, but this experience was so upsetting and handled so poorly that I feel obligated to share it. I ordered a gender reveal cake and was extremely clear from the very beginning that this was for a gender reveal and that I needed blue on the inside and white on the outside. When I placed the order, I gave very specific directions: white on the outside, blue on the inside. I even provided a photo of exactly what I wanted. Later that same day, I called back to confirm again: white on the outside, blue on the inside. Then when I picked the cake up, I had a third confirmation point. Since my daughter was three years old we have bought the Craner’s strawberry shortcake birthday cake for her birthday. She just turned 50 and of course we ordered “her” cake. Very expensive (20 people). $80+ Very disappointed!!!! Flavor was good, but hardly any strawberries inside and the decoration was awful! A circle of tired looking strawberries with stems on (ugh) And these three flat pieces of plastic with her name and happy Birthday, may be the last one!
