Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

First time to this location and the service was great. I've always had fried chicken but this time I did the shrimp and broccoli in a skillet. The shrimp was well seasoned and tender enough not over cooked.

Stopped here to overnight night with our RV on our way from NC to FL. Had dinner. Started out rocky. My partner ordered the Fried chicken and I just ordered a house salad. After about 15 mins, the server came back to say there was an issue with the Fried Chicken and it would be another twenty minute wait. She asked if we wanted to change the order or continue to wait. Since we weren't going anywhere we said we'd wait. 10 minutes later the manager came over and offered a my partner a complimentary salad while we waited. The chicken arrived shortly after we finished the salads and it looked amazing. It was very good as were the house salads. We ordered 2 coffees to go for the morning. The manager ended up comping both salads and the coffee. Nice to so see such great customer servi

It seems like a long day at work in need of a relaxing scenario. My 1st visit at this location the service was great. Strawberry icebox pie was delicious I did leave a small bite on the plate. Oh, by the way I had two of their delicious biscuits. Yes, I only had a kiwi and water for lunch. Thanks to the cook who prepared a wonderful meal. The manager came out greeting everybody to make sure everything was okay. I was thrilled with the engagement that she took time out for the guests in the restaurant.

Nice restaurant! The service from my waitress was outstanding. However the food was bland and there's nothing quite like listening to a screaming child throughout your meal. Not the restaurants fault that the parents don't have manners but it made the dining experience less than enjoyable.

On Wednesday the Broccoli Cheddar Chicken is the daily dish and it is exceptional
