Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Went here with eight friends for lunch and we're pleasantly surprised by how busy they were and how quickly they got us a table. The waitress was very nice and helpful and took our orders under hectic conditions and was able to handle everything with professional and organized service. The food was fantastic with decent portion sizes and a wide variety to choose from with breakfast all day, lunch & dinner specials along with their regular menu items. Prices are very fare and they have something for everyone. Very clean and organized although it can be a little tight as the tables are close but it all works with well trained staff. They lost a few parking spots because of the snow but we were all able to find a spot and go right in.

We've been going here for years! The staff has seen many changes as well as the menu! The service has always been very steady! Prices have gone up over the years but there is still value for your meal!the menu is getting better now! There homemade biscuits are great!

Crackers Barrell is always an experience. It was busy for a Friday morning but we were seated within the 10 minute time we were quoted. Store service was amazing and once we were seated, we were greeted quickly. Our server Tara was attentive and experienced. We ordered drinks and food together and received it quickly. The fire was burning which is always a cozy sound. Food was amazing per usual, and their mimosas are 11% ABV 🥰😍😍 10/10 experience.

The cooks and servers and all staff make a difference... My wife and I went to cracker barrel in the Albany NY area... The table next to us had a issue with the meal as did us. I told my wife to try this cracker barrel and the wait staff and food were amazing. After a day of traveling my wife couldn't stop talking about how good the country fried steak was. Super thankful to try it again and happy we did. The ingredients are all the same usually and preparation is too but it's the staff that make a ok dinner a great dinner. I worked in restaurants for 12 years. It makes a difference when you have the right staff running front and back if house. Ty to the staff at this location

Great ambiance. Food cooked to perfection and prompt. Friendly staff. Antique decor all over. There's also gift shop inside, Clean Restrooms. Plenty of parking. I would highly recommend.
