Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

When i received my order i received what looks like chicken soup. And the cinnamon roll skillet dose not look anything like the picture and dose not tale good at all

We had 11 dining. Food was good. Total chaos delivering the correct meal to the correct diner. Servers know the order in which food order was taken and should use that info to deliver the meal? Myself, I should have received gravy with my meal, but didn't. Menu stated "CHOICE OF MEATS" but I was told bacon was not allowed to be ordered with the UNCLE HERSCHEL. I'll think twice before recommending CB for our group's next breakfast meeting.

I appreciate the ambiance of Cracker Barrel. Service was quick, we were seated immediately and our orders were taken shortly afterwards. The waitress was pleasant and polite. When asked a question she didn’t have the answer to, she didn’t hesitate to apologize and take the initiative to go and find out. Unfortunately, our coffee wasn’t hot at all. Also, my order was not accurate according to the description on the menu. Our waitress addressed the matter to no avail. I was given the same item as a replacement. It to was not accurate as to the menus discerption. This item was the soul reason for the meal that I ordered. Nonetheless, our overall visit was pleasant. I greatly appreciate the efforts of the staff, as well as the courtesy of the waitress. Thank you kindly,

I’m a black man! When I went inside the restaurant to pick up my online order, the cashier didn’t hand over my order right away after telling her my name. She looked in the system to verify if I paid first. But I watched a white man walk behind the counter to pick up his online order without her asking questioning him. I am not a criminal or a thug. I demand the same respect and dignity as well!

The waitress kindly waited until our party who hadn't seen each other in about 20 years was finally ready to order. The atmosphere was nice not too noisy. The food was good, except the mashed potatoes were lumpy and cold as well as cold gravy. The sales clerks in the store were kind enough to snap a picture of our party. I would recommend this restaurant, but maybe consider the mashed potatoes very carefully.
