Well I gotta tell ya, if you’re anywhere near Reedsport an yer hungry this place is the bomb for Clam chowder. I would venture to say this is my all time favorite place for Clam chowder bowl. They are hard to beat. - Also can’t say enough about the fresh from the ocean large oysters. Yum yum for sure!! Be kind to yourself and mark this place on GMaps for a destination for seafood, etc. I do not drink anymore but they also have a very respectable and lots of selections of your favorite beers. While camping at a nearby state park, I stopped by this bar-restaurant near Winchester Bay Pier. I ordered the Fish & Chips and their signature clam chowder. Unfortunately, the fish was overcooked—fried at too high a temperature for too long—so instead of being crispy, it ended up a bit tough. As for the clam chowder, perhaps my expectations were too high, as it didn’t feel particularly special. It’s probably best to enjoy it without expecting too much. That said, the bartender’s friendly service and the overall vibe of the place make it worth a visit.

BEST clam chowder on the Oregon coast. It really is. Be sure to add the garlic bread to dip in it. Oh, so good! I had the deep fried halibut fish n chips. *chefs kiss* It was perfectly done and the homemade tartar sauce was outrageous. My husband had blackened halibut fish tacos and raved. They allow dogs inside! Are you kidding? I didn’t have to leave my old, deaf buddy in the RV. He was welcome and we were grateful. We didn’t catch our servers name, but she was attentive and nice. We really enjoyed this stop and will be back soon!

Perfect find on this rainy day !!! Everything we had was amazing ! Monster Cheeseburger was especially good and the fries were amazing !

Quirky place with a cute decor. The bartender is basically doing it all, except cooking our food. He was sassy, and stuck a friend onto my drink. The crab cakes are NO JOKE. No filler, all yum! The clam chowder was really tasty, and a huge portion. The oysters were huge and delicious! We shared the halibut fish n chips and they were SO SO GOOD!! Great breading, amazing fries!
