Crab Du Jour Philly

I went to Crab Du Jour on a Wednesday night. The food was ok! The crab was boil a little too long, it was sticking to the shell. The overall flavor was decent, nothing to get loud about. Rewind, the server brings us a menu. She flip the menu over and highlight the section that say “15% Gratuity added to all dine in orders”. I’m like ok, no problem. I probably would have tipped more on my own, but have it your way! Fast forward….The bill comes out. There no mention of the 15% gratuity. Instead they change the wording to “Service fee (15%)”. This is very deceitful to say the less. Why change the wording on receipt, to act like the service isn’t getting a tip at all. I asked the server, “is this service fee same as tip?”. Which I knew it wasn’t, I just wanted her answer. She was oblivious

Our Server from indonesia was an absolut pro. He was really attentive and carring. The food was really tasty AS Well. IT was Out First time at this place or a place Like this in General. The Ambiente ist nice and fitting. They equip you with everything you need to keep your close clean. The food came piping hot and was awesome. ITS kinda pricy but that fair for that amount of seafood. WE left with a free desert AS Well. WE took Our time and stayed there Well over 2 hourse. IT was so nice WE didnt even realize that the place already closed. They never gave US the feeling that We should Leave or Something. Great place to feast.

Great flavors, strong drinks, and excellent service Crab du Jour in Philly delivered on flavor—my meal was fresh, well-seasoned, and paired perfectly with their strong, well-made drinks. Service was quick, and my server John was wonderful—attentive, friendly, and kept everything running smoothly. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality made it worth it. One note: gratuity is automatically added to the bill. I understand the intention of ensuring fair wages, but I think there could be a better approach that allows guests more flexibility. Overall, a flavorful and satisfying dining experience.

Feedback on Dirty Yakamein Order Hello, I wanted to share my experience with my recent order. Unfortunately, the Yakamein was extremely dry, even though I specifically requested extra sauce. I also paid for shrimp, but once I arrived home and opened the dish, it seemed like the noodles had absorbed all the sauce or there simply wasn’t enough added. Overall, the meal did not meet my expectations at all. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes it will be considered and improved. Thank you.

I spent too much money for nothing the shrimps doesn’t taste fresh they don’t clean it either, the potatoes takes like dirt, no meat on the clams. They charge $40.33 service fee I ordered drinks when I sip it my Pepsi it was hot and flat I look over these people use 2littler sodas lied and said it was fountain drinks a mess DONOT GO TO THIS PLACE waste of money my children and I got extremely sick never again and I’m calling my bank for a full refund
