Cowbell Burger & Whiskey Bar is such a fun spot in Charlotte! The ambiance was lively and welcoming, and they were playing amazing music that really set the vibe. The food was delicious. We started with the Asian chicken wings with blue cheese sauce — great flavor, though they could’ve been a bit crispier. We also shared a side of onion rings, which were perfectly crispy and super flavorful. I had the ultimate cheeseburger with Parmesan fries, and it absolutely hit the spot. My friend ordered a burger with sweet potato tots, and they were the perfect balance of savory and sweet. The absolute highlight of our visit was our server, Jesse. She was engaging, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, which made the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

We went to go see a play recently and afterwards we stopped in for a quick bite to eat. It is nothing fancy, mostly a bar that serves a little bit of food. Nothing wrong with that! We were not in the mood to drink, but we were hungry, I would say that the service was pretty fast and the servers were very friendly. The burgers had a lot going on and if you like that kind of thing then this is your place. Overall, our food was cooked well and flavorful. They were a little bit messy though. Nothing super memorable or to write home about, but absolutely nothing wrong either! The onion rings were definitely homemade and very tasty! To those about to nosh, we salute you!!

Got the midnight rider waygu burger with a side salad and it was delicious. I am allergic to tree nuts and our server mentioned that there were nuts on salad which I appreciate. Service was on point as well. Will definitely be back!

Was in the area for family day and wanted a place for lunch. This was an amazing pick. Everyone really enjoyed their food. As a family that doesn’t eat beef we have to always first check if turkey burgers are offered. I loved the option to sub any burger with salmon or chicken as well. We each got something different but all truly enjoyed what we ordered. The sweet potato tots were 🤤 It seems to be really busy when we got there being almost completely full. But the hostess pushed together some tables and sat us immediately. Our server Tori was great. She answered questions before they were asked which made ordering super easy. Good came out well plated and reasonable timing considering how busy they were. The only down side is parking. It’s street parking or possibly garage parking
