I have had a similar experience with returning books that they claim were damaged by me. In one case the book was damaged when I got it (water spots) but the library sent me an email about 10 days later saying I had to purchase the book because of the damage. I stopped in to discuss but was quickly told that all books are inspected when they come in and go out. Rarely have I had anyone check books when I am checking them out. I asked to speak to a person in charge and was told that I needed to make an appointment as they were too busy. Seriously!

Extremely clean environment, very pleasant professional staff with excellent customer service. My children and I love going there.

MONEY MEANS MORE THEN EDUCATION HERE! My ex wife used my card 25 years ago and ran my account up. She even told them back then it was her debt but they still wanted me to pay it off. Now, 25 years later I still can't get a library card because of someone else.

I went to the library to print out paper work and the manager was on duty today June 7.2025 was very rude . my Library card had expired and the manger never asked to give me a new card. and she wanted to keep my card. I had printed some paper work and I asked if I could look at my paper work before I paid to make sure I had all of my papers . she stated no I had to pay before I could look at my paperwork. This manager was so rude I had been going to this Library for many years and I never had any problems before this .

This place is the worst I returned my books in the drop box with no damage to them, only to get a email two weeks later from the due date saying two of the books had water damaged to them. I was like so it takes two weeks for you all to check the books back in, cause most of the time if somebody returns a book you're looking for they give it to you right them, but you going to tell me it take to weeks cause you had to send it to be examine. Then I get a letter cause I had forgot all about this bill with my child name on it from Unique management service like a debt collector, without even sending me a reminder email about the bill, I called to speak to the manager and they told me she was to busy to answer my call to take my name and she will call me back, I was like a library manager can'
