Covered Bridge Cookies

Knew we would love the chocolate chip and maple shortbread. But the surprise hit in our house were the hermits!! Honestly, all of their colors are delicious

Brought home the best shortbread cookies I’ve ever had but couldn’t remember where I bought them. In an effort to get more, we bought a mixed case for my partner’s birthday. Now he is very, very picky about his hermit cookies and he said they were excellent. If you want truly excellent cookies. These are the ones.

Covered Bridge Cookies are the real deal. I tried the Maple Shortbreads and was pleasantly surprised that they had the butter flavor of a shortbread and NOT the heavy sugar of a sugar cookie which so many try and pass off as shortbreads. Bravo, CBC, you've hit it.

Maple Shortbread cookies!! YUM!! Purchased some Maple Shortbread cookies while visiting Angela's Pasta and Cheese shop in Manchester, NH. Will definitely look for more selections from Covered Bridge cookies!!
