Cousins Subs

I went to this location because Park Place location closed (which was the location I went to on a regular basis for lunch). The double steak cheese steak that I ordered was the worst I ever had. The meat was extremely dry and overcooked and there were big chunks of grissle in it (picture attached)! I was disgusted. It made me lose my appetite. I threw half of it away. The Park place location would chop up the meat too. This place serves it in whole slices. My search continues for a new cousin's location. I won't be back here.

Very very very slow service plenty of space for parking.

Meatball sub is delicious juicy and cheesy always hot, and makes me full, I am satisfied with my purchase

I ordered a steak sandwich and it was so salty it wasn’t even edible. I call to make a complaint and was told we aren’t accepting call in’s right now and I said well I’m calling to make a complaint was at first told we cannot do anything right now and then after I said so we just aren’t going to do anything he then said okay I can get someone for you and the manager instead of talking to me just relayed the message back to him that they will note it!? I could literally hear the whole conversation between them and got the impression that I was inconveniencing them and or annoying them because I just paid for a sub that wasn’t even edible and had the audacity to make a complaint and expect a replacement and or refund.

My double cheesesteak no cheese came quick, hot, and delicious
