I just purchased a large greasy fry. And chicken chipotle steak. I ask them can I exchange my food for steak. I don’t understand why it say steak. They told me no because they don’t do refund. I don’t see how when their fries are super greasy. When I pulled up to the window after paying. All I hear is auguring. I will be contacting corporate about my experience.
The manager on duty was very rude and disrespectful and denied me of food for DoorDash
They don't not know how to talk to people they take to long to get the food out to us also they call people out there name at 12:26 1/30/26
I ordered a steak and cheese sub. Was very pleased with service and order was put together quick which I consider a plus. Would recommend location.
My food had a long piece of hair in it....and my daughter said cashier didnt have on hair net
