Excellent location! Can walk to all relevant Key West spots in 15 minutes or less! Quaint and I suspect other rooms were more quiet than room 10 which is right next to office and breakfast bar. Earplugs helped.

What a great find! Perfect old Key West property with lots of charm. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. This is a small friendly inn and a bonus was free parking and breakfast. We will absolutely be back.

This was a great little place and location! We had unit #19. The staff and office manager was so kind and helpful! We love Maria! We looked forward to seeing her each day. We had a room with a porch, beware the door will lock behind you!!!! Not fun getting yourself locked out of the room late at night. LOL! The room itself was super clean and even had wine glasses in the room. My one and only complaint was the bed / mattress, it was very broken down on one side. Way past due on replacement! But this would not stop me from staying there again. Overall its a great budget inn, with a simple breakfast to get your day started. Its also on a quiet street and the A/C was new and in great working order! The bad mattress could possibly just be in that unit and not a reflection of the rest of the ro

Positive: Location close enuf for walking about. Negative: Parking, but its Key West.

A wonderful place to stay in close proximity to Duval Street. A very short walk from a lot of terrific spots. The staff were extremely friendly and the room was nice. I would stay here again when visiting Key West!
