Matt and Nate are both wonderful people! Anytime we’ve had questions or concerns they were available and ready to help. They’re both kind, understanding, welcoming, and always getting things done. They tackle issues and make living here a great experience. It’s truly a joy having management that genuinely cares!

I moved to Redwood Falls to be closer to my mom. I’m originally from the cities so it took awhile to get adjusted. My mom moved in and I decided to get a place in the same building. The previous owners of the apartment building weren’t the best. Weird maintenance man. Miscommunication frequently. Once the new owners took over, it definitely seemed like they cared! They are way more communicative and responsive. They definitely made sure the last couple of months of my lease went smoothly and nicely.

Ever since Matt & Nate took over this place has COMPLETELY changed!!!! These two are AMAZING 🤩 !!! Hands down!! They’ve been working so hard to make the wrongs, right! Making a ton of changes in all of those buildings!! If I ever had to move back to Redwood Falls Matt & Nate would be the first place I would call!! I didn’t want to move in the first place, however my job made me. I give this place more if I could!! These two ROCK!!! 🤩

Management super to work with. Very professional. Worked with us, always telling us to let him know if there was anything we needed.
