Ordered chopped steak medium well, mashed potatoes with gravy, Chipotle Cole slaw and a diet Pepsi. Standard amount of time to cook it and get it to me. Hit the spot, cleaned the plate, and had to get a second drink thanks to the Chipotle Cole slaw (hot and good). I'd get this meal again.

The pancakes were "sweet" tasting, a bit too sweet for our pallets. The eggs, hash browns and coffee were good, the bacon was a bit greasy-I patted it with napkins before eating. The service was excellent.

Cook was raving about he’s skills on deep frying chicken tenders and other food. Yes 2055 about is when I ordered a Togo meal. Chicken tenders and fries. Please learn that once meal is up it should be served or taken to customer. I walked back to my semi to have a hard Luke warm tender and 2 bites of fries before throwing the meal away. 16.19 no drink for nasty food. Sorry buddy u ain’t a mad deep fryer. Proration size for tenders was right but fries usually a lot more. I had 2 fries out of there. Welp off to Canada maybe they can get food right.

We place a To go order not only did we receive the wrong food but they literally acted as if we had joint bank accounts.. Shannon customer service is absolutely horrible at best .. the Gm was literally no better we will not be returning i recommend driving up a few exits to get some real food and much better customer service. This location has given travel center of America a bad taste in our mouths .

We got to Restaurant was seated, table was sticky asked for it to be cleaned waited roughly 5 mins for that. (Should have been our 1st clue )Waited about an hr for our food. Restaurant was empty. My food came before my husbands his came 10 min later. Was still undercooked. My biscuits were hard an bacon was burnt. Asked for new bacon and then brought bacon sitting in grease. My husband asked for a plain bacon cheese burger, and was charged for a different burger which was 15.00 alone Total check was 48.00 asked to speak to a manager an said that 1 wasn't available. Told then our complaints an they took 9.00 off will never come here again. This is the one located in Pembroke NY
