I had the fried oysters. They were surprisingly good. I would drop back in the next time I’m passing through at mealtime. Hushpuppies. Fried okra. Pickled beets. All were good tasting. The hot food was hot through the meal. All freshly cooked. Friendly staff.

Country cooking at it's finest! You are going to love the cuisine here. It is without a doubt the best in person county. Look no further for your no frills, comfort food that will remind you of grandmas cooking!

Let’s start by saying the order taker over the phone was very rude and rushing. Not only did they write my ticket wrong but I had enough faith in them (despite the girl at the window that I’m desperately trying to not call a foul word because of her rudeness) but they also didn’t look at the ticket. I asked for no tomato or onion and they gave both. When my boyfriend got to the window the ….. asked “what do you want”. Really where did the customer service go😆 let’s talk about it. Go work in a warehouse if you can’t have customer service and clearly can’t get a simple chef salad right. And lastly pictured w the review. I asked for a chef salad w no tomato or onion over phone and was given a toss salad w tomato and onion. btw everyone you can get a better salad and BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE at

Had the bacon cheeseburger and onion rings. Both the food and service were great!

Local diner with very friendly staff. Let me know best sellers and service was top notch. Made fresh pot of coffee just for my order. Buttered rolls were excellent with hamburger steak. Thank you
