Country Inn Motel

We stayed for 4 nights and honestly it was great. The beds are bug free and comfy, the attendant called us to see i we needed anything. The room was perfect space for office work, relaxing and the water pressure is on point. Will definitely be back if im ever there again.

3 stars b/c at least they had refrigerator, hair dryer, microwave, coffee maker, tv (with very few channels) and an iron. Otherwise, overall, the room my friend and I stayed at needs maintenance and was dirty. Look at the pictures I took. Plus the towels had holes, the wash clothes had black stains, and I cannot say if they really wash sheets and towels often b/c we didn’t have the room cleaned the two days we stayed. The room smells bad especially when the air conditioner was not on. There was no an outlet between the beds or close to my bed to keep my phone charging and close to me. We stayed there b/c all other hotels in the area were booked due to a an event. In the lobby-reception area they have the food. I will give this hotel a strong 4. It's very clean, spacious, and the beds slept well. The staff were friendly and gave great customer service. The only reason I didnt give the hotel a 5 is because the tub in room 208 was very slippery. The tub need some friction to prevent slipping. The tub also seems to til downward which make you slide forward in the shower; it need balancing. The location of this hotel is good and bad. Good because it's right off I-75 there's convient stores to purchase gas, Publix grocery store, shopping plaza and other restaurants is less than 2 miles away. There's also a waffle house and wing shack a few steps from the hotel (walking distance). The location is bad because it's in a dark cut near a 24 hour tire shop and a semi truck shop. The Country Inn is a delightful little surprise in a beautiful small Kansas town. The owners are committed to an excellent experience. While nobody will ever mistake this little roadside inn for the Four Seasons, I will say this: HOT WATER! and plenty of it! Clean, comfortable and quiet, with WiFi, television and did I say HOT WATER? Its just the thing you want after a long day on the road. The Country Inn didn't disappoint.

Very nice place to stay, clean, quiet and pet friendly, theres an open grill for your needs of grilling if that is what you are looking for. The owners are really nice people. I would stay here anytime if I was in the remote area.
