Country Cookin Diner - Rockledge

10/10 Our server, Shannon was so sweet! She checked in on us but was not at all over bearing, offered refills, & made sure our food was just the way we like. I got a blt and bacon was crisp but not burnt, juicy tomato 🍅, great size portions. The chili Mac was actually seasoned unlike most places, had a small kick but not overly spicy. The fries are addictive good & extra crisp similar to what they serve at Italian restaurants. My husband says this place has the best country fried steak he has ever had in his life. Prices are very reasonable, we paid $36 for this and the chili Mac and I could not finish everything. We will definitely be back, thank you!

We stopped for breakfast on our road trip, and it was a delightful experience. Dining out with a toddler and a kid can be challenging, but Mandy who greeted and seated us and Jess, our server, made it a breeze. They were incredibly caring, patient, and understanding, and they even offered the kids Legos to keep them entertained while we waited for our food. The food arrived promptly and was piping hot. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and on top of the awesome service the bathroom was spotless.

While it was busy today, our waitress dropped off our order and literally never came back to see if we had needs or anything. Had to flag down someone else to get us a box as our waitress kept walking past us repeatedly rather than acknowledging and engaging. We have historically gotten great service here with the occasional wait staff being less than customer service oriented. Part of your job in food industry is to make sure the customer is doing well and has no needs. Takes 30 seconds to interact.

I love this place! It's open from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.. They always have a good special. Fast service and nice staff.

Nice little diner! I always have high hopes for little places like this, and I wasn't disappointed. Good ol down home cooking. My omelet was good and my biscuits and gravy even better! I have a hard time finding good biscuits and gravy and this did not disappoint! Friendly staff, good food, and minimal wait time. We'll done!
