Country Coffee

This is one of our go-to spots for coffee. The ladies are always very pleasant and ready with a warm greeting. The lines can get long but they are wicked efficient. The coffee is good, but like most places can run a tad too sweet for my tastes. Intend to order half sweet and even then, depending on the drink, it can still be a bit much. This is common with all of the smaller coffee shack/shops, though. I think they could actually do themselves a financial favor by backing it off a little on the base recipe and letting folks pay for the extra sweetness. I think my only complaint and the reason for the 1 star deduction is the parking/drive area around the building. It's been riddled with DEEEEEEP potholes for YEARS with no resolution. Was super turned off when I realised all the coffee is from the hose stretched out across the parking lot and being driven over and looked like it had a hole and was leaking. Really hoping you can get your own plumbing as it looks like y’all have been open for years? Please tell me the water for our coffee isn’t coming from the hose that’s attached to the closed Dairy Queen. 🙏

I dont understand how this place has all 5 star reviews... it makes me second guess that there are really 6 locations of this chain. The coffees the carload of us got were terrible. I'm sorry we got large coffees to boot as the selections we made were intolerable. There are times that leaving a review are cathartic to the process of getting a bad drink or bad food, this does nothing for the terrible taste lingering in my mouth. I'm not sure if it was the baristas, or the syrups, or both. Huge warning to the passerbys: Keep Driving.

I buy alot of coffee at all different places with my line of work. I boycotted Starbucks about 3 years ago and try to support the smaller private businesses. I started going to Country Coffee maybe 4ish years ago. For the most part service is great, the girls are always smiling and patient. The business has gone way down hill in the past year or 2. The buildings are not maintained properly only the very least is done and far after repairs or updates are needed. The girls are very tolerant as the working conditions are far below acceptable. The owner and management appears to only be concerned with profits not providing a clean acceptable working condition for employees or customers. The Damascus location parking lot is HORRIBLE and has huge pot holes making for very poor access. I compla
