Cotuit Oyster catered a raw bar for our wedding and it was amazing! Everyone loved the oysters and the beautiful presentation!
We had the oysters raw, and Rockefeller both ways were absolutely 💯 delicious. Medium size, sweet and a delicate brine.
These guys are great. Brought 100 oysters with me to Lake Winnipesaukee on a Saturday last year. Fortunately nobody else wanted some, so I had them all to myself. Ate the last 48 for lunch on Wednesday. Put them on the grill until they just opened. Delicious. Gorged myself, no regrets.
These might be the best oysters I’ve ever had. They’re huge, lots of brine. Tastes perfect and a bonus is they’re clean and easy to shuck. TJ Voorheesville, NY
