Cottage Hotel of Mendon

Today I have tried my first Cottage Trash Plate and I would rate 8.5/10. If we don’t mention about the presentation of the food (accurate to the name), Cottage Trash Plate was an absolute joy. And ladies who are servers were very helpful, chill and pretty. I saved this place to my secret getaways.

We absolutely love the Cottage Hotel! Such a long history in our community. The owner is such a wonderful person and is typically working when we have stopped in. Their new Gluten Free fryer has been a very popular for those with food allergies like me. The food and drinks are always great and the staff is always very friendly! Seating outside in the summer time for good weather days!

Great local bar with awesome food Dedicated gluten-free fryer so we could enjoy wings fries and tenders!!! Atmosphere is rustic add old school bar but very comfortable we will we will be going back.

Full house upon arrival and we were told the kitchen was backed up, but they could seat us and serve drinks. Once we ordered, the food came out fast and was delicious! Grilled peach arugula salad with salmon was TASTY! $21. Genny Kolsch $5 a pint. Bud light $3.50 to me that's fantastic! Better Days band was great! Favorite songs from 70's. The downside was it was a tad warm inside on an 86° day, but with my handheld fan I was very comfortable. And yes, there was a wait to order but not a problem since we were kept informed. Would definitely return.

On the smaller side. The employees are super friendly and caring! Great music! We saw Mr. Heartache there. Add the smiles, food and libations, and you've got the total package for a great night out.
