For over a year, Costas Provisions has been utilizing the right lane of Southampton St. for as their personal parking lot/storage. They have not moved trailer 16673 in over 30 consecutive days, and I have never been able to utilize this lane even one time in the past year due to Costas Provisions abuse of taxpayer dollars. This is directly after a major blind spot where people are known to speed, and I have personally witnessed 4 near collisions that would’ve resulted in the driver being BEHEADED because Costas Provisions believes storing their vehicles in the public roadway is worth more than the citizens of Boston’s lives. Disgusting!! All pics attached are just from the last 9 days. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

They backed up into my husbands car with him in it and totaled it. Won’t pay deductible for the insurance. I just went to get coffee this morning and (I’m sure it was the same driver because it was the same parking lot)their delivery truck almost hits me in my car. My dad was a CDL driver for 35+yrs. Do better Costas….do better.

Nice people. The only downside is backing in a door and having traffic fight their way around you. Honestly, on this street I think people are use to it. Word to the wise, disconnect from trailer and park to the right past cars. Also if you get door 3 it’s a straight line back easy enough just keep blowing your horn. Again, nice people efficient service.

Opening a new restaurant left 2 messages for there salesman to contact me, NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. Finally emailed the Sales Manager, received a call telling me that a salesman would call me ASAP. Waited a couple more days NEVER RECEIVED a call AGAIN! Plenty of other companies to do business with... I recommend contacting one of them as they will appreciate your business. Costas Provisions DOES NOT APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS! If I were the owner I would consider hiring a NEW Sales MGR and GM!

As a truck driver perspective, the area is pretty busy, the docks are close to the street, there isn't much parking to rest, but the unloading service is pretty fast. I hadn't had much trouble backing up, so I guess it's ok.
