Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill

We have eaten here several times since they opened but most of them have been after my daughters gluten sensitivity diagnosis and this is because the staff at this restaurant know how to handle such delicate sensitivities with care and compassion. We’ve been served by Scott multiple times and every single time he has gone above and beyond to help us with anything we may need as well as just genuinely kind and easy to talk to. Our food is always delicious and I don’t mind waiting a few extra minutes for it to be weighed because I understand that is part if the training process to reduce food waste, food cost and keep the prices affordable. I am always astounded with the amount of food each serving gets and genuinely enjoy this restaurant and the staff every time I come in.

Love the environment and the employees were so sweet, costa vida is one of my favorite places to eat their food is absolutely magnificent! Highly recommend!! ❤️

Super happy to have this new Costa Vida location in Twin Falls. The building is modern, always clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The staff are friendly, easygoing, and clearly care about great service. I especially want to recognize the manager, Scott—he truly sets the tone for the restaurant. His leadership and the way his crew works together sets a high standard for other restaurants in the area. This location is doing things right.

The food tastes fine overall, although the chicken doesn’t have the same flavor it used to. It used to have a nice char that added a lot of flavor, which seems to be missing now. My biggest complaint is how long it takes to get your food. Spending so much time weighing out every single portion of meat really slows things down. It feels like more focus is put on hitting a specific weight than on getting customers through the line efficiently. Again, the food itself is fine—it’s just frustrating that making a simple taco or burrito takes so long because of the weighing process. On a side note, the space is very clean!!! And still one of my wife's favorite places to eat!! EDIT: I did up my rating by one star because management responded. I did contact corporate via the link they sent. Again

My favorite place to eat! The kids' enchilada meal is perfect for me. Not too much and not too little. Sweet pork is always tasty with limes and cilantro! Love this place! When we request something, they make it happen. App works fine, except we can't figure out how to redeem our rewards. They take the points and charge us still. They have put points back on the app in the past and today gave me a free entree for the rewards we paid for. Hopefully we can figure it out the next time we use the app. They are customer oriented for sure!
