this place is AMAZING!! my little sister went on a Saturday morning and they were so nice. definitely recommend the iced maple bourbon latte and the iced vanilla oat milk latte (real vanilla!!!) also recommend the very yummy breakfast sandwich. they have a collection of comics and sci-fi books too that you can purchase!! 🥺 vibes are so good here 🪐👽🛸🚀🔭👩🏽‍🚀

Incredibly bright and complex pour-overs in a welcoming, laid-back galactic atmosphere. I genuinely go out of my way just to drink their Colombian Finca La Esmeralda Java pour-over and I never leave without a can of beans. Bonus points for the merch if that’s your thing.

Cosmic Bloom is the real deal—legit coffee lovers doing there thing with a fun, well-curated brand and shop. The store has a unique vibe, with old VHSs playing, a giant astronaut mural, tech decks, and other knickknacks. This shop has become a gem in the heart of old Vista, a community-oriented space serving some of the best brews and espresso experiments in north county San Diego. Try their cortado, “youniverse” cold brew, or cappuccino. They also serve a bunch of single serve clever drip coffees, loose-leaf teas, and even kombucha! Whether you’re a coffee lover or just interested in cool spaces, be sure to check out this shop while you’re out and about in Vista! Update: Been back several times since my original review. Still love this place’s vibe, aesthetic, and attention to quality.

I finally got to come in and am stoked. The coffee was so good. Got an iced American and a breakfast sandwich. So delicious. You can tell they really care about everything they make. Can’t wait to come back and try more things.
