Cosimo's

Started with a Guinness, poured decently and $8 per pint. Next up was the small cesar salad ($10). Generous amount of shaved parmigiana and the dressing was good. Optional fresh black pepper on top was nice. And the star of the show…the Herb Baked Shrimp ($29). Genuinely one of the best dishes I’ve had in a long time. Shrimp were very large and the wild rice was seasoned wonderfully. The breading on the shrimp wasn’t too thick to overpower the dish.

Edit Isaiah is top notch. I LOVE him! His drinks are bomb and his personality is stellar. 🤗🤗🤗🤗 Isaiah absolutely made my day. I love him. He made the absolute most amazing drink (x2) and had the greatest personality- it was like medicine for my soul. He is a gem. I never think to come to cosimos for drinks but after today, I will absolutely consider stopping there for drinks when my husband and I are just looking for a quick night out. The salad was good but it was really Isaiah that made it a step above basic. Ty Isaiah- ❤️ Btw when he made the cappuccinos, and he was walking over, I could just see that they were going to be amazing- he said “they’re made with love” and I ABSOLUTELY believe him. I KNEW they were going to be out of this world and they were!

Stopped in to grab dinner and catch up with a friend we had the calamari, Caesar salad and the margarita pizza. All three were delicious!!! We tried the pear martini new favorite, espresso martini with baileys and vanilla vodka and a lemon martini all three were phenomenal. Shout out to Carlos and Isaac behind the bar who made our night extra special! We love it here :)

Loved the food. The waiter attentive and fast. The atmosphere was nice. Will visit again, food tasted REAL Italian!

Cosimo’s just gets it. The pastas are kind of brilliant—familiar enough to feel cozy but with little twists that make you stop mid-bite. The whole place has this easy, cool energy, like it knows exactly what it is and doesn’t need to prove anything. Staff are kind in a way that feels real, not rehearsed. The lighting’s right, the music’s good, and it somehow feels like everyone there is in on the same relaxed, good-night-out mood. You leave full, happy, and already thinking about when you’ll be back.
