Cosentino’s Price Chopper

I had a horrible experience today. I went in to get some chips because apparently Walmart didn't have them. Well, this place didn't have either but what they did have was non alcoholic beer. I got 2 because they were not in a package. I thought I will just get two. Well, I went to the cash register had my license out and my credit card. As a person with special needs, I can pick up on certain behaviors that normal people wouldn't be able to pick up on. The very nice cash register guy was super friendly, and when I went to give him my license, he said I have to get a manager. I am 41 years old and look about 30/35 years old depending on who you ask, so I have nothing to hide. Well, she came over with an attitude. She told me you need to have 6 of them. Unfortunately the last three times I have been here the older lady of asian decent that works aisle one is really rude to me. I have tried getting ahold of the manager, but no one will call me back. I have been shopping here almost 30 years, but wont be any longer. The stockers are all wonderful.

Loves this place a lot, me and my family go here for ice cream and other groceries all the time, and things are always on sale! Big shoutout to employee Carter Cantwell, awesome dude who provides great service!

Loved our price chopper before it moved, since the move the prices are insane. The customer service is usually ok, but there are a few that go out of their way to avoid you-especially the diary/cooler people. The creamer is consistently out of stock but magically it’s restocked during the day-but you have to get there before 7pm or it’s gone and they don’t restock it-even though the shelf only holds like six containers at a time, so it runs out quick. So we just go to Walmart now because it’s always stocked and their shelves hold more-so we don’t ever have that problem there. And prices are much better for the same quality at this point. It’s also ten times easier to find an employee in the Walmart grocery area than it is at price chopper. And I rather not ask a price chopper employee for

I'm a HUGE Price Chopper Fan. I love the meat counter/department. However, your hot food counter service could use improvement. My most recent visit I was standing at the counter and 5 separate employees walked past and worked in front of me never acknowledging me. Additionally, there were no drumsticks ready, so they wouldn't sell me a 10pc dark. They didn't even offer a solution. They just appeared annoyed that I even asked for chicken. This was shortly after 5pm on a Wednesday.
