I agree with a lot of the people with the low ratings. Never been there and as soon as we get into the place the lady greeted us and said what do you want? Ask to give us a moment and when we were ready standing there she just put stuff away, not asking if we were ready. Not to be nitpicky but when I got my salad the dressing was at the bottom of the container, under the lettuce, who puts dressing at the bottom of a container? Most of the items were not available. The soda fountain wasn't working and it was was at least 85 degrees in there with a visible AC but it wasn't on. The food was good, but the service and atmosphere was less than desirable and unfortunately I wouldn't come back.

Kbbq burger is easily top 5 burgers I've had. Chicken/beef teriaki always solid, loaded fries are basically a meal. Been coming here since they opened and never had a problem with the very clearly busy lady taking orders. She has literally been swamped every time I've gone in. If you're so soft that you need to leave a one star bc of that, then I'm pleased to know i wont be seeing you in line :)

Everything is delicious, the place is extremely clean and nice inside, and the service is excellent. I recommend everything, but my favorite is the avocado burger; it's the most fancy-looking burger, and the taste is explosive! 🥑🍔✨

Look the food here is good but the customer service is bad ! Like in the negative numbers rating bad ... especially by the younger asian woman that works there. I rather take my business elsewhere and give my hard earned money to places that value their customers.
