Here is the most honest review I can give of Corner Cantina. Don’t walk in here expecting your typical gas station tacos. I do a lot of traveling and have had gas station tacos all over this great country. This is more of a chipotle vibe, but The fact that you can walk in, order food, grab a drink, pay, and walk back out in under 5 minutes is phenomenal. Absolutely no wait time. It’s priced a lil higher than most but the experience is worth the price. I won’t even lie, upon first glance the selection didn’t excite me too much. I was kinda hoping for a more authentic gas station taco, but they have fresh jalapeño, fresh pico, corn salsa, and some delicious salsa! I would definitely come back if I was in a hurry. But bonus is you can make anything vegetarian or vegan by just not adding che
