Corner Bakery Cafe

Basically a local Panera. Got the pick two. The salad was big. Main complaint is that the salad came unmixed and took up the entire bowl, so I couldn't easily mix it myself. For $23 I think my salad should come mixed. I want to eat my food not look at it.

I loved visiting Corney Bakery. 💕 The atmosphere is pleasant, clean and quiet. The food was delicious and so was the coffee. We ordered a cinnamon roll and a bacon & egg croissant. A great place to have a coffee near the White House.

Nice experience overall here for breakfast. We got lemonade 2/5, way too much ice. We got the Truffle mocha 0/5. It was genuinely not good at all and didn’t taste good at all. It was not good at all we had two sips and threw out the rest down the block. $5 down the drain. Chicken pesto sandwich 4/5. I loved the sandwich but the bread was very hard. We had a blueberry muffin and it was the most moist and delicious muffin I have had in a while 5/5. Overall the vibes are amazing and the service is very fast. It is very clean here and customer service was alright. They weren’t recommending anything or friendly per say. They were just alright. I would recommend coming here for the sandwiches and bakery items only. Which is fine because that’s the name they just happen to have drinks. I would go

I’m a frequent, happy Customer at the Nation Press location on 14th Street Downtown DC! It’s my favorite escape for lunch time! I’m always greeted with warm smiles and professional, outstanding service by the manager, Elgar Thomas! He’s so resourceful and knowledgeable! He took timeout to help get the app so I could become a member and receive my rewards since I come so often! It’s really those little things that count! Now I don’t miss out on savings and delicious desserts by using my rewards! It makes me look forward to ordering lunch each day!
