CoreLife Eatery

I reached out to CoreLife directly on their website and Instagram before posting this review, but they decided I was not worth a response. Went to location on Elmwood shortly after opening my around 11:30am. I was waiting on my food order and decided to fill up my drink. After paying $3.50 for an 8oz cup, I went to the Tractor brand drink dispensers. All of the drink dispensers were in various states of filth and did not look right. The lemonade was half filled and the lid was dunked in the liquid. The peach drink had multiple film lines on the inside and it looked like congealed drink and/or mold. I pointed this out to the entire team and said that it didn’t look food safe or in presentable condition. They responded that someone was cleaning the lemonade bin, but I again pointed to the

I wanted to wash my hands before grabbing my online order so I headed to the first bathroom and I was horrified, there was poop plastered to the toilet ans dried on. Which means that at 11:25am that had to be left overnight to be dried on like that. I grab my order I leave I start eating and discover theres no hummus in my bowl when I paid for extra hummus to be added. Its been more than several times now where ive recieved an order where the instructions we're read or ignored. This whole experience is why im leaving the review.

Today, I decided to go to CoreLife for lunch. I walked in and the line was empty. As I approached the counter, waiting to be served, the server said, “I’ll be with you.” The server had no personality. The greeting/welcome was flat. I don’t believe the worker made eye contact with me. At any rate, he continued preparing orders that were placed prior to my arrival (possibly online orders). Keep in mind I was the only customer in line and at the counter. I waited at least 3 - 5 minutes. He requested assistance from another worker. That worker didn’t take my order. I felt offended and as if my business wasn’t valued or welcomed. I hope this isn’t how customers who don’t resemble the worker (a white male w/a full beard, cap on his head, stout, and an earring in his nose). I’m truly disappointed

I’m only writing this review after giving this location countless chances. When I was pregnant, all I craved was CoreLife, so I’ve ordered from several locations over time. Unfortunately, the Brighton location is by far the worst. When you order a large bowl here, it’s consistently half full. At other locations, a large bowl often lasts me two meals, but after eating at the Brighton location, I leave feeling hungry. You simply don’t get what you pay for at this location, and the portions are noticeably smaller compared to others.

Girl with face tattoos was miserable and had a poor attitude. Food was presented terribly and was soupy gross and the place was filthy this was at 11:15am on a Sat…. girl…my wife and I did not finish and tossed the rest…..just all the tables were not wiped and the touch screen were 🤢🤢🤢🤮
