Excellent food, table shared had the Rabbit and Rattlesnake Sausage & Brussels and Blue. I had the roasted tomatoes soup, more a vegetable soup taste but good. The only weak part was the craft soda’s, flavor was weak. Location, decor and service were all excellent. They need more signage.

Do not skip this place! If you’re checking out there area, you 100% must go. We took a jeep tour at a nearby property and the driver told us about this little place down the road that does proper farm to table meals that people seem to love. He said he’d never been, but hopes to take his fiancé there someday (hint hint Cordwood, give Mormon from east Zion adventures a free meal!). We are so glad we listened to him. The food is positively stellar, the service top notch, and the experience unforgettable. I had the bison burger here, and honestly — I have never had a better one in my life. I’m someone who truly loves meat and knows how to prepare it well, and this burger absolutely blew me away. The portion is huge, so no matter how hungry you are, one bison burger will fill you up completely. The ambiance is stunning — beautiful views, a gorgeous interior, and fresh flowers on every table. The staff is warm and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Highly, highly recommended!

Excellent everything. Sodas on tap, buffalo burgers in the super friendly hospitable staff. When you go into the property there are a lot of animals outside before you walk to the restaurant, dogs, roosters, chickens, puppies miniature horses and heard a buffalo. We were looking around at the animals outside as they encourage you to do so. Possibly one of the best buffalo burgers I've ever had. The potatoes seem to hand cut and everything tasted excellent. This restaurant is located as part of a cabin resort. The staff encourage us to look around even though we were not staying at the resort. Nice place to just enjoy almost like a small petting zoo. Wow! We stayed at Zion Mountain Ranch - Bison 🦬 Reserve Oct 2025. After a full day hiking Zion, we were tired and hungry. We had made a 7:PM reservation with seating over looking the grasslands of the ranch. We were promptly seated and Kellie was our server. She was polite, friendly, and shared a beautiful smile as she brought us ice cooled H2O. We asked questions about the menu, farm to table focused, so selection change with availability. We ordered a charcuterie board as our appetizer, Bison 🦬 Bolognese for my wife, and a medium rare Bison Ribeye for myself. I choose a dark heavy beer 🍺 to accompany my meal.
