Very disturbing experience today. An older male staff member wearing a library jacket was teaching a class that ended around 5:30 p.m. His tone, body language, and the way he interacted with people of color came across as biased and openly disrespectful. Several attendees appeared visibly uncomfortable. This behavior was inappropriate for someone working with the public, and it raises serious concerns about who is placed in positions of authority within this library. February 27, 2026. This gentleman should not be working with the public library system in Day County. It’s a shame.

This place looks beautiful! They did a fantastic job renovating the space. There are plenty of tables with outlets and seating to get work done and study. Great lighting, spacious and very quiet. The library staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful and the kids area is very colorful and inciting as well.

Nice and clean but super noisy. Sounds like a call center. People working on phones all around and not to mention staff. I thought library's where to be quiet

Big, quiet. A lot of parking spots. Close to US1 and SW 152nd ST.
