The waiter was very kind and very friendly. He was quick to wait on all the tables at once and did not feel neglected. The food quality was fabulous as well as the food service. The variety of foods available was pretty appreciative. Fast service, no way. Great views. Check out the specials! Would recommend.
Grabbed a quick bite at this cafe inside the clubhouse. Hot dog and fries, and vegetable panini with coleslaw . Nice place to have a meal.
Visiting family that reside in the neighborhood for lunch, we had a wonderful lunch with impeccable service and delicious food. Our server, although on only her second day there was very attentive. We had to use an electric scooter to transfer my father to the table and brought it back out of the restaurant. The owner made sure to make sure there was a clear path without having to ask and was very accommodating. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing.
The cafe has had 3 different owners in the past 3 years. The present owner is trying hard to please the residents and their guests. The food is good. The menu is basic American fare with various ethnic choices such as Matzoh ball soup or gyros. Breakfast and lunch are served. One problem I find is there are always dirty dishes on tables for way too long. The cleanup staff is either short staffed or just lazy. Management should walk around and inspect what his employees are doing or not doing. Pricing is quite reasonable. Best fresh turkey burger ever.
Abie & Mark are doing a great job of restoring the reputation of the Coral Café. I LOVE the everyday specials. For breakfast I go with 2 eggs, oatmeal and a bagel with a pot of hot coffee. The lunch special is a small bowl of soup and half a sandwich. My recommendation is matzo ball soup and pastrami on toasted rye. Matzo ball and chicken noodle are everyday staples. They also have a different soup rotating in as an option daily. There is a varied menu of items, from salads, burgers and NY Jewish deli fare. The stuffed cabbage portion is quite generous, but too sweet for my taste. The wait staff is warm and friendly. When I've ordered takeout, it'd been relatively fast, accurate and still hot when I've gotten it home. I LOVE their matzo ball soup. Large ball and good chunks of
