Copper Hill BBQ

We had the pleasure of meeting the owner when we went here for lunch. She and her staff were very welcoming and they provided exce, courteous service. We both ordered the tri-tip and it was fantastic. Lori brought some brisket to sample after I told her I've never had good brisket at a restaurant. I can no longer say that. Next time I visit California, I'll be returning and I will be ordering the brisket. Oh, the Texas Toast was awesome as welll! And, the best banana pudding I've ever had!

Best 👌 brisket pesto pasta ever!! The food had so much flavor. Will definitely be coming back. The spicy coleslaw was an amazing side dish.

Good bbq, but not great. You get a lot of food for the money. Texas toast was great. Mac was good. But meat, though all very tender, lacked any smoke flavor to the point I’m questioning how it is cooked. Sous vide isn’t bbq but thats how it tastes. Bbq sauce was generic again not bad but nothing special. Overall not bad but not up to my standards after living in Texas for so long.

My husband and I love their Tri Tip and Brisket, and we can’t get enough of their Chimichurri sauce! The Texas Garlic Toast is so crispy and their Mac & Cheese is delish!

Its a new BBQ place. I believe it just opened recently. Lots of choices. Prices are reasonable. Staff was very friendly. My son said that the ribs were the most tender ribs he has ever had. Meat just slide off the bone. I ordered the Jalapeño Chedder sausage. It was very tasty.
