Amazing Oasis off the highway in Fairfield, Texas off West I-45. Great ambiance, lots of snacks foods, peach ice cream (and many other flavors) fudge, sodas that you'd never see anywhere 🤣....pies, breads, picked items, candy of all kinds from homemade to factory made. Gas, and parking available!

If you are driving between DFW and Houston this is the place where you should absolutely stop and take a break. Cooper farms offer lots of various fresh local peach products from ice cream to peach jam. They also use good quality coffee beans which makes the coffee taste really good. My personal favorite is their peach ice cream which tastes like heaven with cinnamon inside

This small gas station and shop has a lot of pies, jams, snacks, and even ice cream. The coffee shop sells fresh coffee, and they offer hand made peach ice cream shakes! They have a lot of adult-sized and baby souvenir t-shirts, but no youth sizes. I was impressed by the offerings at first glance, but most of the items not labeled Cooper Farms seem to come from California. I bought some souvenir stickers and dill popcorn. The popcorn was tasty, but stale, probably best to skip it. Parking is very limited and I had to park halfway in a ditch out front. Very convenient location next to the highway, and everyone was super friendly!

We stop by every time we come to Fairfield. It's now a must, like a tradition. For years, we have been doing this since he was little. We absolutely love Coppers Farm: peach cobbler and ice cream, plus all the different flavored drinks they offer and candy, lol.

Cooper Farms Country Store is an absolute must-stop! With an incredible selection that truly has something for everyone, it’s the kind of place that delights local Texans just as much as visitors passing through. From unique finds to classic favorites, you’ll want to take your time browsing. What really sets Cooper Farms apart, though, is the staff. They are the perfect example of genuine Southern hospitality. Warm, friendly, and always ready to help. Keep an eye out for the billboards and make the stop. Trust me, it’s well worth it.
