Cooper City Utilities Office

Cooper City utilities provides an excellent service to the community. From my experience dealing with the city for more than 15 years, they have always provided good and conscious customer service and are attentive to customer issues and promptly respond.

I’ve called for an issue twice in 25 years. Both times they were attentive and came out the next day. They also followed up with phone call. Try getting this service in Ft. Lauderdale or Pompano Beach.

Can’t stand the smell coming from the process, used to be not as much but the disgusting stench has risen drastically.

The city raised our water rates over 8 percent.This is disgraceful.the city makes a 50 percent profit and gets part of waste management's charges
