Cook Out

went through the drive-thru and the employee was very disrespectful and seemed just genuinely pissed off, which i understand that we are all human and have bad days, but it doesn’t give you a reason to be dismissive and rude to other customers that haven’t done anything to you. when placing my order, she kept disappearing from the intercom and coming back, making me restate my order. i pulled around and asked for sauce and was given an attitude when she asked what kind i wanted. then, i was given the wrong size for one of my two drinks (i ordered two larges and one cup was clearly smaller than the other). she said “that is a large” and closed the window. wish that employees here were kinder and less passive-aggressive considering how good the food is for its price.

Best value, best tasting burgers and fully customized burgers. The trays were such great value and the fancy shakes are amaze-balls! There are about 30 flavors to choose from and only $1.50 more instead of a soft drink.

Delicious burger, all meat like you would make at home for the price you won’t find anywhere. My friends showed me this place and I’m a fan now. Quick service with inside or outside seating. The burger was really worth it. My friends said the shakes were amazing too.

Well where do we start. The manager took my order failed to give me one of my drink cups. Did not put my shake in correctly. You self serve your drinks ice was all over the place unsweet tea was in a random pitcher they were out of sweet tea. A worker went and got more but upon pouring it it was basically sugar water with a hint of tea coloring. I feel this place needs a lot of help. Attached is the picture of the “sweet tea”

This was my 1st time ordering from here & I don't know if I've ever had a more disrespectful interaction with someone in the service industry. The food was good, but the rude attitude was terrible & it seemed to be because I'd never been there & was asking questions about the menu. Not a great way to get return business.
