Cook Out

Can anyone tell me why they can't give you the monster burger in the drive thru at midnight? Something about can't serve you that try! I did get it but probably because I was getting frustrated as to what a damn "try" means and why you can't get it in the drive thru. This is only my second time at this restaurant chain and it felt like to much work ordering it. But after getting the food from the friendly employees I was really happy with the burger. I'll come back.

Good food, incredible value, service was good if a little slow. I feel bad saying that, but it took a while. If you've got the time, it's 100% worth a stop. If you're in a hurry, maybe consider someplacd else. 🤷‍♂️

I usually have "The CookOut" whenever I visit Alabama. I enjoy there shakes the most since they have 40+ flavors. I ordered the oreo mint shake but I love the eggnog shake the most but it's only served during the holidays.

Wasn’t for me. Everything tasted cheap and blandthe bun was especially disappointing. It tasted like the kind of plain, dollar store white bread with no glaze, no toast, no flavor… just dry and soft with nothing going on. The chicken sandwich was just a plain piece of chicken with a small squirt of BBQ sauce and one pickle. It honestly reminded me of school cafeteria food. The fried items tasted like frozen store-bought stuff, nothing stood out. Portions were really small especially sides, and the food wasn’t hot enough. We came because we sometimes see it busy assumed it must be good, but both my husband and I were disappointed. Sweet tea was okay, but we won’t be coming back.

No sauces, soda machines water down, wait was over 30 minutes while people after us had food. This restaurant had no sauces, and the serving sizes are too small. A reg burger looks like a kids meal, a reg fry is only 7 fries. Very disappointed.
