Cook Out

There are 8000 people around cash register on the inside around the drive through window. The lady taking my order is talking so fast and interrupting me I can not complete my order. I order a BBQ tray. She confirms. Pick up up order. It’s wrong. And no straw. Take a minute to slow down and get the orders correct

Ordered 2 cookout style dogs, hush puppies with ranch dipping sauce, and an oreo mint shake. The hot dogs didn't have any coleslaw, just a heap of onions in its place, guess they didn't think I'd notice but I'm from the deep south. I know what you're thinking, it's just a hotdog. Yeah, it's just a hotdog, you have to intentionally screw it up. I was asked twice if I would like sauce to dip my hush puppies in, then received no sauce. The oreo mint shake you ask? Well, it said oreo mint on the cup, but it was the regular Oreo flavor. Do the people working at this location care at all??

One side of the drive-thru wasn't working but they were doing the best they could and the staff was super nice. Food is delicious. Thank you guys for doing a spectacular job and being professional at doing so.

I always ask for a BBQ no slaw no hot sauce and add cheese and everytime i have to go back and tell them my sandwich is wrong. I don't know what is going on but isn't inconvenient for me and I'm tired of getting attitude from the staff because they messed up.

Negative Zero Stars I had an incident at the Suffolk Cook Out on September 7, 2025, and I am extremely disappointed with how poorly it has been handled. On September 7, I submitted an online complaint right after the incident because if management behaves like the Manager did, it questions the efficiency and customer service level being coached by the company. This is what you have running your establishment? This is okay? Her crew will follow the behaviors for sure. On September 10, I called corporate and was told the district manager would reach out. No one ever called. On September 24, I called again and was told the same thing—that the DM would contact me. Still nothing.
