Cook Out

Everything on my order was wrong and half made drink machine broken. Customer service doesn’t answer so don’t bother calling. NEVER EAT AT THE ONE IN ROXBORO

Loved the coasters Fury 325 one of best. Food service dumb as hell. Had beer out in beer section and didn't have anyone to ride ring me out. 5 for rides, common sense 0. I am willing to spend well around 20 with tip. Its there lose of my money. Fury 325 was awesome.

Food has always been good and hot here and the staff are very friendly. Nice portions for the very reasonable cost. My favorite burger joint in town. Definitely recommended.

You get a lot of bang for your buck at Cook-out. Of course the prices like anywhere else have gotten a bit higher, but I still feel it's a pretty good deal. I got the Double Burger tray with my 2 side dishes being onion rings, and a chicken quesadilla. My son chose the chicken strip tray with his 2 sides being a chicken quesadilla, and onion rings. You can pay a bit more and upgrade your drink to a shake, but we chose soda, and ordered shakes on the side. Their milkshake menu is quite extensive and offers something for everyone, no matter your taste. They are quite thick, and a bit hard to suck through a straw. We both chose the holiday peppermint crunch shake. I'm not quite sure what was in it, but I detected buttermintsm a bit of peppermint, and tons of tiny chocolate bits that sank to

The line was extremely long and what we originally chose to go to Cookout on a Friday night was for the corn dogs. Unfortunately, they didn't have any; so we ordered hot dog trays instead. They were not good and the French fries and onion rings were scorched. Khalea was the only positive out of our visit. She asked could she repeat our order back to us and upon arriving at the pickup window; when we received our order; she asked before we could "would we like any condiments? Wow!!! It was very heartening to see and actually be Khalea lane because she was sooo polite, professional and courteous despite the plethora of anxious vehicles in the drive thru awaiting to place their order. GO KHALEA! You're definitely on your way to management with that kind of positive demeanor.
