Cook Out

Milkshakes were great, definitely the best thing. Loaded burger was good. Onions rings were soggy and not fully cooked. Loved the hushpuppies!

It was my first time at Cook Out. The cashier was talking to herself and wiping her hands on the wall. The cooks were playing around in the back. I had to give my food back because there was Cajun seasoning on my fries. My food was cold. I have a 7-hour drive back home, and it was just too much going on at once. The manager on shift didn’t seem to know how to manage. The girl that took my food and said that’s all the fries they gave u.

Waited about 30+ min in the drive thru but the staff was very polite and the food was good. Cook out should pay their workers more to match a livable wage and maybe they might have more staff and quicker service.

My kids wanted to check this place out and we heard many good things. They have an extensive menu with lots of options and I was pleasantly surprised by the shake options available. We decided on hamburgers and Cajun fries and a barbecue sandwich with Cajun fries and two shakes. The cost came out to about $10 per session on average and the food was good but not great. I asked for extra crispy fries and these were slightly underdone but I enjoyed the Cajun seasoning. I believe that this establishment was better than many fast food establishments but there was no indoor or outdoor seating so you literally just walk up or drive up to place your order and leave and with its location on Ann Street traffic made that task a little more interesting. Where they really shined was with their shakes.

Out of BBQ, fresh off the truck and still frozen. Had the Cook Out style hot dog, which was outstanding. No inside eating and no outside tables, had to eat in the car. Used the outside walk up window.
