Cook Out

Stopped by this location to grab lunch one day and got home and my chicken looked spongy with little holes all in it like it was glued together or something. I purchased the chicken tenders and all four pieces looked like this. It grossed me out so bad and I was already too far away to return to the store to ask for replacement, didn’t really want a replacement at this point. Not sure what was wrong with the chicken but it should’ve never been served this way to begin with. Need more supervision and oversight concerning food quality.

From first opening to now this cookout is going downhill. I’m not surprised by the business they get and having to wait an amount of time. But when things are just thrown together that you pay hard earned money for it is disappointing. I wish I was joking when I say my fries weren’t even cooked all the way. It started with the wrong order being handed out the window to me. I guess from there my food was just thrown together to get me going. Poor guy at the window was apologetic and said it has been a long day. My wrap also felt pretty light just turns out it was half ass put together as well. Not to mention the extremely overcooked burger and chicken wrap that had onions on it.

The talk of the town! This cookout is very fast with a super friendly staff! My food is always on point and the milkshakes are so good! My newest obsession is the Hi C Fruit Punch shake, so unexpectedly good!

First time going this new location might be last (probably not ) just wanted to share this. I preferred a small burger try mustard chilli slaw No onions. I get lettuce tomato pickle and the size of the patty is pathetic! My Girlfriends shake and foods great though!

The wait is over and well worth it! Went during lunch and the line was long but went fast. Food was on point and hot, a little pricey but what isn't these day. Very good!
