Cook Out

Good burgers and shakes. Buy a combo to save, you can replace soda with a shake for just $1.50 extra. Limited options if you are vegetarian, but they have cheese quesadilla and fried Okra. Definitely get the Okra. Burger patties are thick and juicy.

Our experience: received completed order with missing and cold items, received missing items and asked for cold items to be remade, never received remade items, ended up asking for refunds. Whoever was clocked in between 1437 & 1502 10/20/25 needs to find new work, above board/under the table/illegal doesn't matter, just something they can do well. Pay special attention to the times and transaction IDs of the attached receipts.

Ordered at the counter. Had to pay 10 cents for a tomato added to my burger. Husband ordered a Hamburger with grilled onions. We received our order. Couldn't find a clean table to sit at. My burger had no tomato. I went to counter to get my tomato which I paid for and was completely ignored. They finally acknowledged me when I spoke up. My husband had also ordered Onion Rings and they were terrible. No flavor and the onions were mushy. Will never go to another Cook Out!

This is the dirtiest Cook Out I have ever seen. The trash was overflowing and all the tables were dirty. The bathroom was gross. When did they start using frozen patties?

I have to admit I usually don't have good experiences at cookout and was there to get food for my neighbor but Kaylee who was running both front counter and drive-thru around 7pm was excellent. It was my first time meeting her but will be back over her great service. She a beautiful woman with a beautiful attitude, keep up the great work and sorry if I misspelled your name
